We are a marketing agency based in the NorthWest of the UK in rural Lancashire we are on the border of Greater Manchester & Lancashire, in Ramsbottom just outside Bury.
Established in December 2011. We started originally focusing on call centre solutions for business. Initially using telephone & SMS technology, webchat quickly became an area we needed to deliver for our clients.
This led us to work more & more in the digital sector, we found that very few marketing agencies could offer a broad range of solutions for their clients.

Full call centre solutions including building, with procurement, recruitment and training, process optimisation strategic implementation, and change processes.
This experience ensures our teams and agents have the right resources and backing to deliver a top-class service for our clients.

What are the origins of our Marketing Agency name Ræcan Marketing Solutions?
Our name comes from old english and means to reach or to attain.
The ‘æ’ symbol is a diphthong and should be pronounced like the ‘a’ in ‘cat’ or ‘bat’
We chose our name to represent the services that we can offer to our clients, to increase awareness of our clients services directly to their customers. Combining the latest communication technology with our flexible resources helps our clients to maximise there return on investment.
